Founded by Sierra and Andrew Haskins, our group is more than just a real estate team—we are a partnership of locals dedicated to helping our neighbors find their way home.
The NorCal Life was born out of a shared passion for service and a deep-rooted love for the communities we call home. Sierra, who lived in the Yuba City area for nearly two decades, and Andrew, a native of the Paradise/Magalia area, combined their diverse backgrounds to create a real estate experience that prioritizes the client above all else.
Now based in Chico, our team serves as the local experts for Butte County, Yuba County, and the surrounding areas, including Paradise, Oroville, and Yuba City. We’ve personally navigated the highs and lows of this region—including rebuilding after the Camp Fire—giving us a unique perspective and an unwavering commitment to the resilience of our community.
