SIERRA HASKINS

Hi, I’m Sierra Haskins — owner of The NorCal Life Real Estate Group. I proudly serve clients throughout Butte, Yuba, and Sutter Counties, including communities like Chico, Paradise, Oroville, Yuba City, and beyond. Having lived in the Yuba City area for nearly 20 years and now calling Chico home, I bring deep local knowledge and a genuine connection to the communities I serve. That firsthand experience allows me to help clients not only find the right property, but also find the right fit for their lifestyle and future goals.

Your Local Expert

Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating, navigating a probate sale, or preparing for your next chapter, my goal is to make the process smooth, informed, and stress-free.

Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, navigating a probate sale, dealing with a distressed property, relocating, or preparing for your next chapter, my goal is to make the process feel smooth, informed, and supported from start to finish.

I also have a deep appreciation and respect for military families and those who serve our country. As the daughter of two Army veterans and the parent of 3 sons who have all answered the call to serve, I understand many of the unique challenges military families face when relocating and transitioning between communities.

Because of this personal connection, I’m passionate about helping military families navigate their real estate journey with confidence and support. I am a certified Military Relocation Professional and proudly represent both Veterans and active duty families.

At The NorCal Life Real Estate Group, I believe relationships matter, integrity matters, and the experience you have along the way matters. No matter your situation, I’m committed to walking alongside you every step of the way and helping turn your real estate goals into reality.
