Denise holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification, allowing her to better serve military families and veterans through relocation, transition, and homeownership decisions. She also holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) Certification, giving her additional training to help clients navigate more complex real estate situations with knowledge and care.

In addition to serving buyers and sellers, Denise is passionate about mentoring and supporting fellow agents. Denise’s personal life is rooted in family. She and her husband, Kevin, have been married for more than 30 years and have built a life centered around love, commitment, and family. Together, they have two amazing adult sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters who hold a very special place in Denise’s heart. Spending time with them is always her top priority. Her family-first values are a big part of who she is and how she serves others. Denise understands that a home is more than a property; it is where people build memories, create stability, and gather with the people they love most.

Outside of real estate, Denise and Kevin enjoy spending time together outdoors, including fishing and enjoying simple moments away from the pace of work. They also have personal experience with short-term rental ownership, giving Denise a meaningful perspective on hospitality, property care, and the opportunities real estate can create. That blend of professional expertise and personal experience allows her to connect with clients not only as an agent, but as someone who understands the value of home, investment, and community.
